Anfernee will take you through a HIIT style workout that will include body weight exercises and some light weights. His workouts will leave you feeling stronger and motivated!
What is HIIT?
It is a type of cardio with exchanging intervals of short yet intense exercise and longer, less intense exercise.

Starting: January 4th
Schedule: Tuesday and Thursdays at 8:15am & 9am.
Ages: 18+
Price: $100 a month for 8 classes
              $60 a month for 4 classes ( You pick                          either Tuesdays or Thursdays to attend)
