Recreational Gymnastics

Our recreational program offers Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced classes for those who want to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics. In the Beginner class your child will start to learn the fundamental skills on floor, vault, bars, and balance beam. From there they can work their way up to the intermediate or advanced levels as they become more skilled on each event.
This class is for kids who are new to gymnastics and are working on the fundamental skills on each event. There is no experience required for this class. Some of the skills the gymnasts will work on include, but not limited to, a backwards roll on the floor, 10 sec. chin hang and pull overs on bars, and releve walks on beam.

Duration: 55 minutes
Tuition: $85 per month (1 class per week)
Age: 6-17 years
This class is for kids who have mastered 70% of the skills in the Beginner class. If you are unsure if this class would be a good fit, please email us to set up an evaluation! Some of the skills the gymnasts will work on inlcude, but not limited to, a pull-over on bars, T-handstand on beam, and handstand block on vault.
